WebTPS doesn't improve on much, if any, of Borderlands 2. The game feels very similar to Borderlands 2. As far as end content goes, TPS is definitely shallow, especially compared to the amazing end-game that BL2 contains. The DLC for TPS is definitely worth playing through, but after finishing it, you'll find yourself wondering what else to do.
