Used to be able to right click the icon there and choose the normal window or incognito mode. Now when I right click all I get is the normal option. WebFirst, turn on "Show recently opened items in Jump Lists [etc.]" in w10 settings -> personalization -> start, then unpin Chrome from the taskbar. Open it through other means and just use it for a while. Eventually those 2 taskbar entries will fix themselves, at which point you can pin. May need to reinstall Chrome first but memory says no.
