I do take a muscle relaxer if they are a lot. I am also coming down from the worst flare up in my 30 years since I was diagnosed (57F). I don't feel like the Fibro is any worse but I just started Lyrica a few months ago and other than this flare up, it is helping. Not sure I answered your questions.
