From there it's routed along the firewall where the small black plastic line T's off to the HVAC switch. WebOct 17, 2015 · Carb diagram & heater hose diagram. 84 CJ7. 6 cyl 258. Does anyone have a diagram of either? Choke linkage is just hanging loose. I can't tell how it is supposed to connect. WebNov 19, 2011 · I am pretty sure flow direction doesnt matter for the heater core. All it does is use the hot water to make hot air. For the same reason coolant is pumped from the bottom of the engine up, heat rises. Allowing coolant flow from the bottom up allows it to heat the core most efficiently.
